Start a conversationabout clean water.

Whether you want to give, request water for an institution, volunteer or partner with us, our team is ready to listen.

— Why people write to us

Four good reasons to get in touch.

Every project we complete began with a message from someone who cared enough to ask.

01

Donate a water point

Ask what a purifier, tube well or water tank involves and how a gift is placed with a community.

02

Request water for an institution

Mosques, madrasas, orphanages and schools can tell us about their current water situation.

03

Volunteer your time

Join site visits, awareness sessions or supporter events and help the work reach further.

04

Partner with us

Organisations, businesses and community groups can explore working together on projects.

From your message to a site visit.

01

You write to us

Send your message with as much detail as you can share about the place and the need.

02

We read and reply

Our team responds during working hours and asks anything we still need to understand.

03

We look into it together

For water requests we discuss a site visit; for gifts and partnerships we explain the next steps.

— Lend a hand

There is room for more willing hands.

Volunteers help us reach communities we could not reach alone — joining field visits, helping at awareness sessions, translating, photographing honest moments or simply telling people about the work.

Community volunteers

People who know their own area, its water sources and the families who need help most.

Supporters & partners

Groups and organisations who want to fund, host or help organise a water project.

— Questions

Before you write.

A few things people ask us most often. If your question is not here, send it anyway.

Yes. Write to us with the name and location of the institution, how many people use it daily, and what water source is being used now. We review requests one by one and follow up about a visit.

Start by contacting us and telling us what you would like to give. Our team will explain the available options and where support is most needed before anything is confirmed.

Community visits are arranged case by case, with the permission of the people who use the water point. Ask us and we will tell you what is possible.

We are a small team, so replies come during working hours, Saturday to Thursday. If your message is urgent, please say so in the subject line.

One message can begin a community's clean water story.

Tell us where the need is, or give towards the next water point we install.
